When emailing about a transaction issue, include your wallet address (public key only — never share your private key or seed phrase) and the transaction signature from Solscan so we can investigate quickly.

Partnerships and integrations
If you run a wallet, RPC provider, launchpad, analytics product, or media outlet covering the Solana memecoin space and want to integrate or collaborate with Alchemii, send a brief at support@alchemii.io with subject line “Partnership”.
Bug reports and feature requests
Found a bug, have a feature idea, or want a chain or DEX we don't currently support? Email us with as much detail as possible — wallet address (public), browser/device, network (mainnet/devnet), and the steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.
What we don't do
We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address, reverse a token deployment, or modify on-chain state after the fact. Solana transactions are final and Alchemii is non-custodial — everything is signed by your own wallet. Always double-check parameters in your wallet before approving.
