Alchemii (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at www.alchemii.io and the no-code Solana token creation, Raydium liquidity, and LP burning tools available on it (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what data we process when you use the Service, and what we don't.
1. We are non-custodial
Alchemii never has access to your private key, seed phrase, or mnemonic. All blockchain transactions are signed by your own wallet (Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask, or any wallet you connect). We do not hold custody of any funds, tokens, or LP positions you create.
We will never ask you for your seed phrase or private key. Anyone claiming to be Alchemii support and asking for those is impersonating us — report it to support@alchemii.io.
2. What we collect
a. Wallet address (public key)
When you connect a wallet to use the Service, your public wallet address is exposed to our frontend so we can display your balances, build transactions for you to sign, and submit signed transactions to the network. Public wallet addresses are not personal data on their own — they are pseudonymous identifiers visible to anyone on the public blockchain.
b. Token metadata you submit
When you create a token, the name, symbol, description, image, and supply you enter are uploaded to public infrastructure (IPFS via providers such as nft.storage and Pinata, and the Metaplex Token Metadata program on Solana mainnet). All of this is public and permanent on-chain — please don't include private information.
c. Analytics and product telemetry
We use Google Analytics 4 and AttriFast to understand aggregate traffic, conversion paths, and which pages users find useful. These services collect:
- Page URLs visited and referrer
- Browser, OS, language, and screen size
- Approximate geographic region (country / city level)
- Anonymized IP address
- Click events on key UI elements
We do not link analytics events to your wallet address.
d. Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs request metadata (timestamp, path, status code, user-agent, IP) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. These logs are retained per Vercel's standard retention policy.
3. What we don't collect
- Private keys, seed phrases, or any wallet credentials
- Email addresses (unless you contact us directly)
- Names or government IDs (we don't run KYC)
- Payment card numbers (you pay network fees in SOL/BNB directly)
4. Third-party services
The Service relies on the following third parties:
- Solana mainnet RPC providers (e.g., api.mainnet-beta.solana.com, Helius, QuickNode) — receive your public wallet address and transaction data when broadcasting transactions.
- BNB Chain RPC providers for our optional BSC features.
- IPFS pinning services (nft.storage, Pinata, ipfs.io) — receive token metadata and images you upload.
- Wallet adapters (Phantom, Solflare, MetaMask, WalletConnect) — receive connection requests and unsigned transactions.
- Google Analytics 4 and AttriFast — analytics, as described above.
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.
- Supabase — content storage for blog and product metadata.
Each third party operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing the policies of any wallet or RPC provider you use.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use a small number of cookies and browser local storage entries to:
- Remember your wallet connection preference
- Store UI preferences (e.g., selected chain or network)
- Enable Google Analytics measurement (via the _ga cookie)
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The token creation tools will continue to work, but you may need to reconnect your wallet on each visit.
6. Data retention
We do not maintain user accounts, so there is no profile to retain. Analytics data is retained per the provider's defaults (GA4: 14 months by default). Server logs are retained per Vercel's defaults. On-chain data (tokens, LP positions, transactions) is permanent and outside our control by design.
7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you, or to object to processing or request data portability. Because we don't operate user accounts and don't link analytics to individuals, the data we hold that could identify you is minimal.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@alchemii.io. We aim to respond within 30 days.
We cannot delete on-chain data — the blockchain is public, permanent, and outside any single party's control.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has interacted with the Service, contact us and we will remove any associated data we hold.
9. Security
We use HTTPS for all traffic and follow standard web security practices. However, no internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure, and you are responsible for keeping your wallet credentials safe. We recommend using a hardware wallet for any significant token operations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
