Cost to Create a BSC Meme Coin: BNB Fees & Liquidity
Calculate the BNB cost to create a BSC meme coin: 0.05 BNB base fee, optional features, gas, PancakeSwap V2 pool fees and a separate liquidity deposit.

Creating a meme coin on BSC through Alchemii costs 0.05 BNB plus gas with no optional features. Burning, transfer tax and renouncing ownership each add 0.05 BNB. Creating the token and adding liquidity once costs 0.10–0.25 BNB in service fees, depending on those choices, plus gas and the pool deposits.
Those figures answer the Alchemii workflow, not the price of every BSC launchpad. A direct BEP-20 deployment, a bonding-curve launch and a presale can charge in different ways. BNB Chain's launch-method guide describes those different routes.
Fee check: September 6, 2026. We build Alchemii and are describing our own service. The prices below are constants in the deployed contracts. Their source verification records and public addresses are linked so you can inspect the basis for the numbers.
What are the BSC token creation fees?
The factory charges 0.05 BNB plus 0.05 BNB for each selected option. This gives four totals across the eight possible combinations of three optional features.
| Selected features | Creation service fee |
|---|---|
| None | 0.05 BNB |
| Burnable only | 0.10 BNB |
| Transfer tax only | 0.10 BNB |
| Renounce ownership only | 0.10 BNB |
| Burnable + transfer tax | 0.15 BNB |
| Burnable + renounce ownership | 0.15 BNB |
| Transfer tax + renounce ownership | 0.15 BNB |
| All three | 0.20 BNB |
These figures exclude network gas. Image upload is optional and does not add a separate Alchemii feature fee; including a metadata URI can affect the transaction's gas usage.
The factory's verified source defines BASE_FEE and OPTION_FEE as 0.05 BNB and exposes a quote function for the three flags. The factory is deployed at 0x4CCE7a…d349 on BscScan. Prices in another platform's guide may describe another contract or product.
How much does a PancakeSwap liquidity pool add?
The Alchemii BSC liquidity tool charges 0.05 BNB per successful liquidity addition, whether it creates a new PancakeSwap V2 pair or adds to an existing supported pair. The assets supplied to the pool are additional. So are network gas and any approval transactions.
| Operation through Alchemii | Service fee | Additional assets or costs |
|---|---|---|
| Create or add V2 liquidity | 0.05 BNB | Both pool deposits, gas, and any approvals |
| Remove liquidity | 0.05 BNB | LP approval if needed, plus gas |
| Permanently burn LP tokens | 0.05 BNB | LP approval if needed, plus gas |
The fee comes from the liquidity manager's verified SERVICE_FEE constant. This is Alchemii's service charge, not a claim that PancakeSwap itself charges 0.05 BNB for every pool. The integration uses the V2 factory in PancakeSwap's deployment list.
What would a 1 BNB pool budget look like?
Suppose you create a token with no optional features, then pair part of its supply with 1 BNB. The native BNB budget is:
- Token creation service: 0.05 BNB.
- One liquidity addition service: 0.05 BNB.
- BNB deposited into the pool: 1 BNB.
- Network gas for creation, approval and adding liquidity: variable.
That totals 1.10 BNB plus gas, alongside the token amount you deposit. Selecting all three token options changes it to 1.25 BNB plus gas. This is a worked budget example; it does not establish that 1 BNB is the right liquidity depth for your project.
The deposit buys your LP position. It is not paid to Alchemii as revenue and is not a cash reserve with a guaranteed value. As trades change the pool's reserves, your withdrawal can return different amounts of each asset. PancakeSwap's liquidity documentation explains the add/remove process; make sure you are inspecting the V2 position described in this guide.
Why is gas separate from the service fee?
The service fee is specified by the contract. Gas pays for the network execution. It depends on the operation, input data and the gas price of the transaction, so it should be taken from your wallet's current quote.
For a legacy BSC transaction:
gas cost in BNB = gas used × gas price in gwei ÷ 1,000,000,000
For example, an operation using 1,000,000 gas at 0.05 gwei costs 0.00005 BNB in gas. Those are example inputs, not a promise about the gas your token will consume. A token approval and a liquidity addition are also separate operations from token deployment.
Use native BNB on chain ID 56 for these costs. A USDT balance, a WBNB balance, or BNB on another network does not replace native BSC gas funds. Check the official BSC network configuration when funding the wallet.
What did we actually verify?
We deployed the BSC factory and liquidity manager to mainnet, then read their fee constants and all eight creation quotes. Sourcify reports exact creation-code and runtime-code matches for the factory and the liquidity manager.
We then used those deployed addresses on a local mainnet fork and measured the service recipient's balance after each operation:
| Fork-test operation | Measured service-fee increase |
|---|---|
| Create a token with all three options | 0.20 BNB |
| Add token/BNB liquidity | 0.05 BNB |
| Remove half the LP position | 0.05 BNB |
| Permanently burn the remaining LP | 0.05 BNB |
| Total | 0.35 BNB |
The fee recipient was a different address from the funded local test account, so its balance increases isolate the service payments. Those 0.35 BNB were local test funds, not mainnet customer payments. The test proves the observed workflow and payment amounts for this build; it is not an independent security audit or a claim about revenue, transaction speed or future token performance.
Are there costs after launch?
Token transfers and later liquidity operations can consume gas. PancakeSwap trading fees are separate from the launch service fees; the applicable route and fee can be inspected as described in PancakeSwap's fees documentation.
If you enable the token's transfer tax, eligible token transfers also pay the recipient you configured. That is not an Alchemii trading-volume fee. Keep these three concepts distinct in your budget: network gas, platform service charges and the token's optional tax.
Website hosting, artwork, promotion and third-party listing services may add their own costs. They are outside the on-chain totals above. Creating a contract or paying for liquidity does not purchase a Binance exchange listing.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to create a BSC meme coin?
Alchemii charges 0.05 BNB plus gas. Each selected option adds 0.05 BNB, up to 0.20 BNB with all three. These are Alchemii's service fees, not a universal BSC network price.
How much does creation plus a liquidity pool cost?
Base creation and one liquidity addition cost 0.10 BNB in Alchemii service fees. With all three token options, the total is 0.25 BNB. Add gas, any approval gas and both pool deposits.
Is the liquidity deposit a service fee?
No. It funds your LP position; the LP tokens go to your wallet. Its value can change as the pool trades. Redeeming LP withdraws the selected share, while permanently burning LP forfeits that share's withdrawal rights.
Can I create the token with exactly 0.05 BNB in my wallet?
Not when that is your entire spendable balance. A base creation charges 0.05 BNB and needs gas. Keep enough additional native BNB to cover the wallet's transaction estimate.
Can I create a BSC token for free?
Mainnet execution still costs gas. A provider can waive its service charge or subsidize the transaction, but its offer should explain who pays and whether later fees apply. Alchemii's base creation service fee is 0.05 BNB.
What happens to the service fee if creation fails?
If the factory transaction reverts, the token creation and service-fee transfer revert together. Gas can still be spent on a reverted transaction. Inspect the receipt before trying again; a pending transaction is not yet a failed transaction.
Does the optional token tax go to Alchemii?
It goes to the recipient you select for your token. It is separate from Alchemii's fixed service fees and PancakeSwap trading fees.
Do I have to pay for all the options?
No. Burning, transfer tax and renouncing ownership are independent choices. Pick the features your token needs. Renouncing ownership is not a prerequisite for opening a PancakeSwap V2 pool.
Can I get my liquidity deposit back?
An available LP position can be redeemed through Remove Liquidity on BSC, subject to current pool reserves and minimum outputs. Once you permanently burn that LP position, you give up its withdrawal rights. Neither action guarantees the original deposit's value.
